Whether to share as a starter or enjoy every last bite as a main, the light-yet-crispy king prawn tempura at Kumharas is one of the house specialties. Served with a tangy Amazu Ponzu sauce, a sweet vinegar dressing with a citrus tang that enhances the flavour of the prawn, the presentation makes it seem almost too good to eat… but the aromas make it too tempting!
