The beginning of December in Ibiza brings a slew of fiestas, which also means a steady stream of parties. Last Monday night, on the eve of such a fiesta, the who’s who of Ibiza society made a beeline for the gorgeous restored theatre bar of Teatro Pereyra to celebrate the 18th birthday of one of their own, Lisa Van Ederen. The birthday girl shone in top-to-toe Valentino while being serenaded by Flamenco favourites Navajita Platea, who’d flown back into the island especially for the occasion expertly organised by Ibiza Management. At one point Lisa (reluctantly) took to the stage to show off her own amazing vocal chords to a standing ovation, before quickly returning to the revelry until the very early hours…
