The newest addition to Playa d’en Bossa’s beachside dining scene is the sleek and chic Nassau Teppanyaki Lounge – the very first of its kind on the island. A shiny, iron teppanyaki grill glistens temptingly next to a glossy marble sushi station, and watching the chefs expertly toss, sizzle, grill, slice and dice is as much a part of the experience as is devouring the fine Japanese fare. The extensive menu offers Teppan (grill) dishes plus handmade sushi. Choose from three degustation menus, combining the best of both worlds; or choose your favourites: edamame, seaweed salad and gyoza to start, Yakisoba noodles, Yakimeshi fried rice and traditional Teppan Yaki like tuna tataki, teryaki chicken or sautéed beef.
