Having (sadly) been closed for the past few years, today was cause for celebration at the infamous San Rafael restaurant El Clodenis, as it finally re-opened its doors welcoming one and all to join in witnessing its return to the Ibiza gastronomy scene.
Having been taken over by David and Audrey Oliel (of Bacchus fame) in 2010, fresh life has been breathed into the establishment, a stunning ancient finca with beautiful open-air terrace spaces to dine in summer, and plenty of intimate indoor spaces for the winter.
