How do you describe your own personal style?
My personal style is a bit messed up really! A rock and roll edge with a bit of hippy thrown in…
Tell us about the outfit you’re wearing today?
It’s sort of Ibiza rock and roller, I suppose. This jacket is my favourite, old, old, old school jacket, from a French designer called Heimstone and the jeans and t-shirt are from the Religion Ibiza Rocks collection – you can’t miss the bright turquoise blue! All my jewellery, bracelets, VIP bands and pendants are from our own line and the shoes are by Dior.
Where do you shop in Ibiza?
Mayurka in Ibiza town for things like Isabel Marant and Galy, for Rick Owens. I love The Rose in Santa Gertrudis, who do lots of silk and velvet, beautiful bright colours and special one-offs. But I mix them with up to date pieces from Topshop or classic old favourites I’ve had in my wardrobe forever.
How do you define Ibiza style?
Very eclectic. It’s anything goes really – the great thing about Ibiza is it’s always got this hippy relaxed feeling, probably because it’s always so damn dusty and you always end up looking slightly worn and worse for wear!
Who is the most stylish person in Ibiza?
There are so many stylish people in Ibiza! Look at someone like Vaughan who’s got his own style for example. Style is so personal and it all depends what you’re looking at and someone like that wears their own style well. But I suppose the most famous Ibiza style person is Jade Jagger.
Who is your style icon?
To me – especially at the moment because a lot of what we’re doing is musically inspired and clashes of things – is it would have to be Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood. They really define a whole generation to me, pushing street and individuality forward.
