As Ibiza’s gastronomic reputation continues to grow, with the introduction of winter cooking classes and local celebrity chef dinners, the next Jamie Oliver may just spring forth from our own front yard! We’re not exactly wearing jackets yet), we’re more likely to indulge in a pasta dish rather than constantly craving light bites! But the lemon-scented linguine at Aura still somehow manages to tick both the light AND the comfort food boxes thanks to it’s light consistency and hint of a delicately citrus flavour, courtesy of excutive chef Caroline Seely... the perfect choice for an autumn evening, and a very vegetarian friendly option too!
